It seems like the criteria of being lower than 30% of 81 - 120% AMI can be simplified to lower than 30% of the 80% AMI if my understanding is correct. The last three columns in the data seems to be HUD Income Limits brackets for 30%, 50% and 80% and I think it already accounts for the number of persons are present in the household. Is this 80% HUD Income Limit bracket equivalent to the 80% AMI for that year?
Cost of the units = monthly gross rent?
