Do not compare with 2000, Legislation states 'Employment by occupation or industry sector'

For the 2008-2012 dataset there are multiple OCCP variables. I've added a screenshot of the occupancy variables below.

I'm hoping that it's like PUMA where each record has only one of these and it's easy to combine them all to one column. Want to document now so we are aware of this issue if it comes up later

Currently this indicator doesn't apply the civilian filter. I found information on whether some is in the civilian workforce in the "Employment Status Recode" variable ESR.
