Do these belong in FacDB? We definitely want to to call out which tenants are in NYCHA space and there could be value in including vacant centers.

The input for factype is formatted inconsistently. Need to trim off the " - " prefix when it appears. I also think it would be helpful to include "NYCHA Community Center - " as a prefix for the factype, so it's clearer that that it's a community center that is occupied by the "type" program.

The insertion of this table hasn't been added to the 2_assembly.sh script, so the records are missing from the final output table

These are being incorrectly classified as Public Safety > Police Services for facgroup > facsubgrp
