Change facname to preferred address
Split and insert unused columns into a relational table that will be used in FacX

upload entire table to carto as a relational table make preferred address the facname

Agency abbrevation tag is missing in the idagency field
dataname, datasource, dataurl, datadate aren't filled in because the pops table is missing from the facdb_datsources table. That join happens here: https://github.com/NYCPlanning/db-facilities/blob/master/2_assembly/join_sourcedatainfo.sql. Updating facdb_datsources with the pgtable needs to be prerequisite.
