Is this happening in the underlying data, or just in the Explorer? (see 510 Flatbush as an example, the 2008 permit should NOT be counted bc was no CofO from that AND there’s a 2013 permit)

This specific example was withdrawn permit that was flagged as a duplicate. Users need to be sure to exclude duplicates and withdrawn applications in their analyses.
