The two main difference with this new ingestion pipeline are 1) the units no longer comes from the last year's kpdb but directly from the new shapefile 2) the geometries do not come from a bbl join with pluto.

I think this is really depending on the individual correction and it can have all kinds of reasons not being applied e.g. origin value not matching for example
