Reformat SCA aggregate `.sql` scripts #401

The sql scripts related to the SCA aggregate tables are a mess (weird formatting, etc) but I was hesitant to change the formatting due to the tight timeline. Once we have turned the page on this chapter of KPDB, we should go and reformat those scripts
