[x] Commercial overlay 1 and 2
[x] Special purpose district 1 to 3
[x] Limited height
[x] Building class and land use
[x] Owner type
[x] Area source
[x] Extension
[x] Proxy code
[x] Lot type
[x] Basement type
[x] PLUTO map id

@SPTKL Can you review the PLUTO_qaqc_expected_values notebook and incorporate it into the workflow? All the checks that need to happen on the above fields are there

good to go, for the extra long tables, I hided the diff=0 records, just so it would be easier on the eyes, feel free to reverse it
