now trying to archive and use a DOF DTM manually fixed by Amanda in ArchGIS

I ran Check Geometry in ArcMap for the DTM shapefile in edm-publishing/datasets/dof_dtm_tax_lot_polygon/staging/dof_dtm_tax_lot_polygon.zip and it flagged intersecting and NULL geometries. I ran Repair Geometries and put the output into this folder (edm-publishing/datasets/dof_dtm_tax_lot_polygon/20230323/) on DO

• copied the manually fixed 20230323version to staging because that's where the dof_dtm template in data-library points to
• archiving worked as 20230323 and latest (error silently raised but occurs after writing to S3)
• a build is underway ...
