1 year ago @jackrosacker reached out to Paul Power to confirm that these two special districts should in fact overlap, rather than boarder each other. Pending confirmation that the existing data is correct, GIS would like to pursuit either including these bbls as an exception within the qc_bbldiffs creation scripts, or alternatively ensure that the script can accept circumstances where there are two overlapping special districts.
This issue has been been appearing in the qc output table for a while now, sorry for just now flagging as issue--not urgent, just a notable anomaly.
Essentially there are 2 bbls in Gowanus that are fully within the boundaries of two overlapping special districts. In every qc output, the SD1 field and SD2 field swap--thus recording as a difference, even though both bbls fall completely within the SDs. BBLs in question are: 3004520005, 3004580001.
