Right now, the FE contains metadata information (subset filter criteria, and "picklist" mappings), and the BE includes some metadata information in the query.
Because CRM API requires an option "code" (numeric), but the Skyvia ETL only provides the label values, impacting filtering.
We should find a way to share this metadata information so it's centralized and shared across repositories. Some ideas:
