reviewing CD profiles for possible redesign

noting that, for each Community District, this site has a section for "active and completed land use plans and proposals, ongoing or concluded neighborhood studies, and community-based plans for each district." e.g. Bronx CD 9 Projects

so this may be nice to review as part of ZAP listserv research
