Helping AE visualize ZAP Alerts by clarifying the following:

mobile view for subscribe to CD and/or Citywide, unsubscribe, email template
user flows for mobile interactions
clarifying the use case if a user wanted to alter their subscription at the ZAP Alerts sign up page when they are already a subscriber
