Don't know what they need do next
Don't see the "Area Map" button as a clear call to action
Click to add geometries (like zoning) that they said they didn't need in the wizard, because they know it's supposed to be on the final Area Map, and they think they need to add it themselves
Solution
In order to make it clear to the user what the dashboard is for, we should:
[ ] Change the dashboard's headings:
[ ] "Project Maps" —> "Print and Download Project Maps"
[ ] "Proposed Geometries" —> "Proposed Changes"
[ ] Add another step to the end of the wizard with the following content
[ ] Back button
[ ] Heading: <h1>You’ve finished defining your changes.</h1>
[ ] Text: <p class="lead">Next, go to your project dashboard, where you can print or download your project maps, and review or make further changes or additions to your geometries.</p>
[ ] "Go to Project Dashboard" button (which completes the wizard)
[ ] All three steps are checked/complete in the lefthand sidebar
