1. Update from node@12 & Ember-cli@3.3.0 to node@16 & ember-cli@3.28
2. Fix mapbox source removal error :
   • Issue: Sources were being removed before their layers
   • Fix: Addressed by waiting for map to rerender (having removed layers) before removing sources
3. The test suite is in parity with the existing application; they contain placeholder assertions that fail
