"Avenue of the Americas" not in results w/o quotes #36

Searching for 96 "avenue of the americas" returns exactly what we want. But not without the quotes. The restults of 96 avenue of the americas do not include what we're expecting.

The search/ endpoint works as expected. So I assume that autocomplete could get the right address, but it's not weighted correctly and falls below the limit of results.

Relatedly, 1114 avenue of the americas doesn't return to right address in the autocomplete/ endpoint within the limit of 10. If you add a trailing comma, 1114 avenue of the americas, returns what you'd expect.
