Adding a PR so we don't forget about this. Adds a map of community breakfasts at /community-breakfast.

Not ready to merge until

[ ] Desperately needs some layout from @andycochran
[ ] Add "Community Breakfast" link to the footer, and maybe another one on the about page.

There's no need for the content that follows the header:

It's redundant. Let's improve the orange header and the page content can just be the map and list.

We can get rid of all this whitespace between the map and list:
