Dot density, mapped to tract

Boundaries ON/pop up pulls data for: subregion, county, municipality

similar config to Housing units by tenure (owner vs. renter)

For all Geoms Popup: 4 columns

"Units in 1-2" Hous16 "MOE" Hous16MOE

"Units in 3+" Houm16 "MOE" Houm16MOE

Significance/ GRAY logic test: Hous16CV>=20 HouM16CV>=20

@daragoldberg what is the column name for municipality? hous16 column doesn't exist for region_municipality_v0
