This PR:
Refactor all configs, removing
toggles
, and adding
layerGroups
so each map can have several mapboxGL layers displayed simultaneously.
Adds municipal boundaries and tooltips to the intro map. Closes #89
Adds logic for hiding legend if no legend is defined in the layerGroup Closes #128
Adds logic for disabling popups if no
popupColumns
exist in the config. Closes #127
