Can downloaded files be named? #150

Currently, downloaded files are named cartodb-query.csv, which puts it on the user to determine which file is which when they download multiple files. Could the downloaded files have specified names?

Yeah - I thin the SQL API supports a filename parameter: https://carto.com/docs/carto-engine/sql-api/making-calls/#output-filename.
