The City Map is the official adopted map of the city. It shows the location, dimension and grades of streets, parks, public places, and certain public easements.
Once have added the new 2018-2022 aerial imagery layers to Layers API, they should automatically show up in Streets. However we need to change Street's code to default to the 2022 layer (probably just a one line change here. Additionally, the developer working on this should do some basic smoke testing to make sure the additional radio buttons on the layer palette don't break the UI.
