Changes Proposed to Profiles:

Create buttons for each of the three external URLs: ZAP, ACRIS, and CPC
Change "Agency" header to say "Maintained By"
Fix computed isConstructed value that determines styling for WPAA status
Use isConstructed computed property to determine whether hours of operation should be displayed

Changes proposed to other parts of the app:

Update adapter and model to include new zap_link property
Add github sentence to About page
