Bug/13581 Remove argument decorators

Description

Resolve the issue of the production build throwing a runtime exception because it cannot resolve the argument types module.

Solution

• Remove the @argument @type and @required decorators
• Uninstall the associated @ember-decorators/argument package.
  • It provides features for type checking and validation. This features can technically improve code quality and identify bugs. However, it is not strictly necessary for application functionality. ZoLa uses the same class Component syntax for the main menu and sets properties such as menuTo without decorators such as '@argument`.
