In light of DOT's new outdoor dining program going into effect on March 2nd, we want to remove the existing sidewalk cafes layer from our codebases. Searching for the layer groupsidewalk-cafes and the underlyingdcp_sidewalk_cafes Carto table in GH shows that references to this data exist in Zola, Layers API, and the ose-service-audit repo. In addition to removing the relevant code from Zola and layers API, we should take the opportunity to keep the audit up to date by removing the references in that repo as well.
