Add Subway Station Outlines #123

Creating a new issue for these features on the subway layergroup

Station entrances seems more important to client/users than outline. I'll open a new issue for adding entrances, and leave this one for outlines.

From some basic research, there is no open dataset of subway outlines. People still want this feature, so let's keep it open for now.

I've looked for these before as well, and gotten no response from agencies, but have been told my many that they believe it to be a security issue (but of course they are all on google maps now, so that seems incorrect).
