2023 Updates

Description

• Add footnote on pages with AMI tables
• Include 2014 overdose mortality
• Year Updates for 2023 data(AB#13121)
• Updates to copy which would not require footer updates (Story AB#13146, Task AB#13261)
• Swap tables 3.05 and 3.06
• Update .gitignore to:
  • Disregard venv folders
  • Track output/.gitkeep (so the folder does not to be recreated on every repo clone)
• Provide localstack container to allow testing a local machine
• Propose folder and tag system, completed by folder in DO Space demonstrating workflow
