Set up default site configurations #56

This is a complex issue, that may need so development to support.

Initially I was using: http://wordpress.org/plugins/yd-wpmu-sitewide-options/ since it allows me to select plugin tables to copy settings as well. However this plugin has not been update in over two years, which could explain why settings aren't being copied.

There are two options that work on copying the default-core settings, but not the plugins:

I think the first is better, it has a few more settings and seems extendable. However the support tickets are being responded to by developer. The other one is responsive and it both cases it's very new.

Thoughts on how we should proceed here?

I'm not sure. They look very similar to me. Is there a way to test them out and see how the UI is?

Blog Copier Plugin has been installed, which lets you choose the site you want to copy. That is in the Network Admin under Sites > Blog Copier. Any site can be selected from the dropdown but there should be one with the default community site settings that are desires, I created a site to do that here: http://dev.sites.nycprepared.org/community-group-template/
