Add code system to PMS #130

Submitter: Summers Add a code system to the attendance system.

Also extend the timer for the attendance system by a little bit.

Think like the Desuwa website

Check-in time frame is something the clan admin can extend or shrink, ask them.

Not using codes and relying on clan battles was a requirement set by zazooples. This will most likely not change for a while, however, having battle callers be able to create an event for people to check into will be part of the planned 0.9.0 release.

Using a code system will def be implemented if PMS ever goes public, allowing a clan to use either user check-in, codes, or a combination of both for attendance. Will put this issue in the back burner.
