This is a cherry-pick of a bunch of changes from EvidentPoint which allows the streamed version to work with newer versions of node/NPM.
It also removes the r2-streamer-js bundle and incorporates in in a way that makes a bit more sense. With these changes, the app serves streamed epubs as intended.

This PR is probably demonstrational, the hope is to merge it into the develop branch once https://github.com/NYPL-Simplified/webpub-viewer/pull/142 is merged.
