Stores book resources in IndexedDB instead of LocalStorage
Adds decryption logic for epubs that use encryption
Fixes CSS loading
Changes manifestUrl to be entryURL to avoid the confusion between webpub manifests, epub container.xml files and epub content.opf files.

Encryption tests
Remove all the console.logs
