Add title element to iframe #81

Add a title element to the iframe containing the book text.

@wlla What should the title be? The book title or something like "book text"?

"Book text" works. Currently, it sounds like it's pulling this from the last bit of the frame source, ex "Text Epigraph". Since that can vary, would be good to standardize.
