Need property to express if a resource has online content #2

Replicates nypl-registry/serialization-shadowcat#4

This will ease with faceting in the application layer. Proposed to add property to nyplapp namespace:

Temporary property: Has online content RDF: nyplapp:hasOnlineContent Range: xsd:boolean Definition: The resource or one or more of its children has partial or complete content available online. Source: Propogate on ingest or update based on whatever criteria we define for online materials.

Scope:

Further investigation needs to be done on flagging database subscriptions and representing Hathi Trust volumes.
