review api context_all.json #30

New api will host its own context docs, which are built from these:

In the future we'll add context docs for agent, term, and any other logical groups of terms. They're combined into an _all doc automatically.

I've built these initially from the Discovery properties spreadsheet, but hoping @saverkamp can review and make corrections (or direct corrections). Thanks
