Add requestable property to item types #44

It will be helpful to have a "requestable" property on the item type entities to help with assigning the requestable status of items. Base this on Kate's mapping at: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1SwZyCSUMsQ0Lf91t39_LxKpSLbvNNEliOhF1bnyUwcA/edit#gid=1104339016
