@nkrabben questions:

ideas for alternative to 'playbackDevice' for data discs?
should the format names be changed to remove the preceding 'Audio' and 'Video' that exist in CMS (i.e. "Audio CD-R" becomes "CD-R" if "audio optical disc" becomes "data optical disc")

For playbackDevice, I think playbackDevice is good enough even if somewhat awkward. Makes coding everything else easier too.

For format names, would changing Audio|Video to Data be possible?
