video optical disc: add "fileSystem" for ISOs? #94

ISO 9660 is not a video codec; add FileSystem as a dictionary in v2.1?

Agreed. technical.fileSystem?

It would make the required fields a bit harder to set up. I think easiest would be to chuck in a oneOf rule and a subschema for PM techmd and SC techmd.
