exclude premis-events.json files from validation

@bturkus I noticed that json_validator.py wasn't working for me anymore on a project after I ran repair_ami_json_bag.py --badjson, I think because the repair script adds premis-events.json files to repaired bags and these were getting treated as metadata jsons. This update worked on my local copy of ami-preservation.
