tested with the following and still dropping the audio tracks field.

That's what I get for doing this at a conference. I'll try to overwrite the commit with a working version

still not working for me, very strange. running this, as of a min ago, and testing there:

git clone --branch=zero-value-fields https://github.com/NYPL/ami-tools.git /Users/benjaminturkus/Desktop/zero
