Typos in README.md#renewals, "while" and "with" #50

In README.md#renewals, as of commit 77886a8, I see two typographic errors:

  1. word "whike" should read "while" in "whike it is otherwise public domain".
  2. missing word, probably "with", between "entries the" in "for matching renewal entries the registrations in these XML files"
