Creating a database schema

We need to begin thinking through how we might design a database that does the following:

• Creates an object for every component within our design library, including
  • references to its variations
  • functional requirements
  • accessibility requirements
  • subcomponents (if it has subcomponents)
  • Jira ticket(s) tracking its work
  • design status
  • development status
  • reference to its placement in our design file(s)
  • reference to its code in our design system
  • projects using the component
  • reference to its sibling documentation for our Drupal site (Drupal field[s] it might connect to)
• Objects for every template
  • that includes documentation for how components work in tandem

This work needs to build off of the work done already by @wlla and @Sharon-Library that's been captured in the wiki.
