Added Dockerfile and required changes to Vagrantfile for using contai… #65

Hi, This branch contains changes to Vagrantfile and two new files -

  1. Dockerfile
  2. docker-compose.yml

to create a docker image, push it to Bluemix and link it with the service. The instructions for the same are updated in the README.
