Set excitation #4

Our testing setup does not have a way to control output volume. We blew a tweeter the other day so decided that we needed a way to control this. It appears that the selectch scripts were written to take a scaling factor, but were always passed a static value.

This PR adds a new panel to the ScanIR fig where the a user can provide a scaling factor. Initially this is set low for equipment safety.

Now with removed missed references to removed play sample btn.

I cant easily merge this code into the new GUI structure so I will reintegrate this functionality into the new version. I will credit you within the ReadMe if that is ok

I just uploaded a new implementation of the excitation level control, please pull the new version (2.1) and check if the control works ok for you
