Need to convert the Demultiplex_Stats.htm table output by bcl2fastq to one or more .csv formatted tables for easier usage and importing elsewhere.

I made a script for this, need to get it added to the repo and pipeline. Really, can just offload all the .htm file processing to a dedicated R script and run it separately before running the reporting step.
