Please update the branch to fix the conflicts

Also for modules that have been completed please make sure you use the exact terminology and parameters the actual modules use instead of the tentative outline I wrote

I would just update your branch to have the current state of the core repo and then copy the new files into it

does it work now? I updated my branch to sync with the core repo so hopefully that's all I needed to do
