Story

As a Developer for the AR frontend I need Data to be preprocessed So that tables can be easier to visualise in hololens

Assumptions:

CSV data is used for input to the SQLserver column could be in the scale of O(100) rows in the scale of O(10^6)

Acceptance Criteria:

Given a CSV dataset
When it is selected
Then sql procedures is done on the dataset

We are using this epic as a subproject directory of the workflow on connecting the preprocessed db to frontend, so it can't be closed until all the issues inside is resolved, going to put it back for now
