Are the scripts in /mturk folder necessary anymore given the dashboard? If so, should they be foldeded in as flags/options on the main setuptools psiturk command? Otherwise noone will have access to these tools unless checkout via git (or digg in the egg file someplace on the system).

I'm kicking this one down the road, it doesn't kill us to leave the tools their but it would obviously be nice and not terribly difficult to make them available.
