psiturk ad server times out sometimes #350

In testing my experiment in the sandboxmode and accepting the hit as a worker, the ad does not work. A grey screen is shown, and after a while the following error message is shown: Experimenter error: Experiment server unreachable

How can I fix this?

Psiturk ad server is broken at the moment, use heroku and host your own ad instead. See docs page, also google group threads on the same issue.

Reopening untill @gureckis can look into fixing the ad server

This is a WILLNOTFIX btw, we're sunsetting the psiturk ad server.
