Easily point to an outside exp #5

A lot of people might want psiturk to handle the interface with MTurk but then forward to a task they already have set up at a different url. We might want to set this up to make that easy, as well as have instructions for how to set up their existing experiment to call back to psiturk when the participant is done.

Is this currently handled by the url config parameter, or were you thinking of something more sophisticated?
