Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found) #534

Hello,

I recently installed psiTurk on my Windows computer (I first installed Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL) then used pip install psiturk in my command prompt).

I have been trying to run my exp.html, but I am receiving this error message:

psiTurk-error

I have downloaded and included the latest versions of:

but so far, no luck. Any help would be much appreciated!

Here is a little more information, in case this would be useful:

This, in turn, uses the urlroot set here: https://github.com/NYUCCL/psiTurk/blob/bad1e5c70ab2a0b7f04a1a86f166ed2f998b607d/psiturk/psiturk_js/psiturk.js#L30

You getting a 404 here suggests that you are not running the psiturk (flask/gunicorn) server (e.g., "psiturk server on").

Closing issue as not a bug in the psiturk codebase; use the google group for support requests please.

  • IDE: WebStorm
  • browser: Chrome
