Loading UX could be more helpful in reservation modal

When using the reservation modal, the loading bar does not fill up. On slower computers this may appear as if the page has frozen.

Suggested improvements:

• Make the bar fill up
• Gray out the current page until new page loads up
• Highlight the page that is currently selected
